How it works
Each purchase on our website (excluding orders for samples and Mystery Boxes) earns you loyalty points.
In order to use your loyalty points, you must go to your customer account in your loyalty area to convert your loyalty points into a discount voucher.
Once your loyalty points have been converted, you'll see your discount code, which you can use in your shopping basket when you place your next order.
The use of loyalty points and the resulting discount vouchers is strictly personal.
Validity of loyalty points
Loyalty points and vouchers are valid for 1 year.
You can decide to use your loyalty points on your next order, but you can also "save" them and add them together to get a bigger discount or even treat yourself to a product.
When are loyalty points earned?
Loyalty points are generated on your customer account as soon as your order is delivered or picked up in store.
Any cancelled order will also cancel your loyalty points.
If you close your customer account, your loyalty points and any resulting discount vouchers will be cancelled.
Differentiation between our physical store in Lille and our e-commerce store
It is impossible to combine loyalty points earned on our website with those earned in our store in Lille, as their functionality is different and independent.
